Game Store is a disappointment

I'm very disappointed with Game West gate store. I bought a Defy fridge at their store, the fridge has been giving me problem, and had already been fixed 3 times by the supplier. I have engaged with the store manager and the rep to get a refund or for the fridge to be replaced, but they are giving me a run around its now a week. They are either not at work or in meeting and my number is requested for them to call me but it never happens.
