Game Store Incompetency

I'm very disappointed with this service provider, I bought I Phone from Game store, just within the 12 month warranty I took the phone to Game store to be fixed it stayed with them for 30 days, remember I pay for this phone its on contract,

They didn't contact me no feedback about about repairing it, when I went to fetch it, on the system it shows they called me to deactivate find my phone, yet that was lie I didn't receive any call from them and Icloud was deactivated I couldn't send my phone with my Icloud on. Secondly when they were informed that icloud was deactivated then they changed and say the phone is out of warranty, yet it was brought in time due to lock down Game advice me to bring it back when most of businesses are operating coz it was still level 5 and they acknowledged that indeed I brought the phone even wrote on a paper they gave me.

Then they were defeated again on that issue, they brought the third fellacy saying they can't repair it coz the screen is cracked, yet that's a lie I showed Game manager my phone I asked him to show me the cracked screen he couldn't identify any cracks, besides that the phone has software problems not a screen, Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting and Bluetooth does not connect when the phone is 3 meters away from radio, battery dies within 5 minutes even though it' was 100% and it becomes very hot and switches off itself.

Fourthly they said the repair quote is R5500 that I should pay.. Yet the new phone is costing R4500 itself, this has frustrated me a lot because these Manifest day light ******* and undermining their customers, I'm asking myself that how many people are victims of such silly incidents.?

Now it's clear to me that they can't fix this phone so they are running away with the truth they trying to make me a scapegoat I am now going to take legal action about this matter I'm tired of running around I have my own lawyers which are always ready for such silly incidents.
