Game store in West Street Durban

Game store located in Durban, West street has to be the worst. Today I decided to visit the store for my grocery shopping, since I there was a special on most of the things I need and my transport from work drops me off at the door of the store. There are two entrances at the store i.e. one in Pine street and one in West Street. Usually, one would use the entrance from Pine to West street regardless of whether they’re going to buy anything from the store. So, today my transport from work dropped me off at the entrance of Pine street and I was told by the security to leave my shopping bag at the parcel counter since I was carrying one. I asked the lady in the parcel counter why is it that I have to leave the bag with her, as I was going to be shopping then use the entrance at West street? She responded that one no one is allowed to enter the store at any of the entrances without leaving their luggage at the parcel counter. I left it with her and did my grocery shopping. When I was done I asked the security guy from the entrance in West street to keep watch of my grocery as I left my shopping bag at the parcel counter in Pine street entrance. I fetched my bag and just when I was walking back, the security guy at Pine entrance asked that I use the entrance in his station to exit the store as no one is allowed to go to the other side with belongings. I explained to him that I had left my belongings at the parcel counter as I was instructed to and now I’m done with my shopping I have to exit at the other side, as I left my grocery there. He said that I can’t do that I have to leave the bag at the parcel counter again and fetch my grocery and exit via the Pine street exit. I was fuming at this point as this is an absurd rule that I wasn’t aware of, no visual management in place to guide me as a customer. The manager had left when I requested for his presence so I had to fecth my grocery from the West street entrance and use the Pine street entrance as my exit. Time was wasted as this is a matter of going back and forth. The shops that I had to go to after where closed due to this waste of time and motion that isn’t necessary and absurd. I will never shop in Game located in West street!!!! 5S is needed, a proper one!
