GAME STORE IN UMHLANGA TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I ordered a stove on the 16th of December 2023. I paid for delivery that was expected to arrive that Monday morning which would be the 18th of December 2023. Game in Gateway Umhlanga DID NOT DELIVER MY STOVE.

I visited the store 8 TIMES!! to enquire about my stove to very poor customer service from the staff and management until one day on the 25th of January 2024 ( one month later and even in the new year!) I walked in frantic and crying about my stove which I use for my scones business. I have lost so much money and I want to be compensated for all this stress and abuse.
