Game store in traderout mall

Very disappointed, I bought Bennett read kettle at game traderout mall September 2024 by the end of October 2024 the kettle just stopped working , I returned it hoping to get a replacement but they only take it for fixing, they Kol me to pick it saying it's now working, wen I get home I only use it once and the second time it just kept quiet and stop working, it's frustrating, il return it again and this time I want refund or exchange...game I'm disappointed in u
