Game store in port Elizabeth at the bridge. Poor customer service

Hi... Recently bought fridge on lay buy... When I settled account to collect the item within one month I was told they do not have the item. I was told to wait 2weeks. The sales person said they would keep be me updated. What a load of nonsense. Logged a complaint with customer care.. very good at taking my concern. But also very good and not doing anything about it. I did not even receive a complaint number. They have my money and my fridge...
