Game store in Pmb

On their 50th birthday ad they have a Samsung galaxy A20 that's valid from the 24th to the 30th June however I contacted the branch(Game liberty Mall) to enquire about stock, I was then informed that they don't have stock and no orders has been placed and I should talk to a manager, I contacted the store again and was holding on for about 15mins and no1 attended to my call. I then contacted the contact center the guy that assisted was helpful with the information however it does not help me in any way as I want this phone for that price which was advertised, he said no other stores has stock and it can't be bought online so why advertise the item if u can't get it for a customer? This is really not customer friendly and upsetting.
