Game store in Lephalale

The service in lephalale game store was very poor I lost my card and I wanted 2 do card replacement help desk took longer to answer the call when we were done replacing the card I had 2 pay and the cashier said she won't make me pay as she already knocked off and the person who was helping me replaced the card asked the cashier not to lock out the system as he is till busy with me when I wanted 2 pay the cashier by the name of Mmabontsi Lefawame was very rude and unprofessional and she did not want to help me until I told them I won't leave to he store because it was was my fault that help desk took long the manger was standing there saying nothing until he heard me saying I won't leave the store without paying
