Game Store horrific service.

I bought a Defy fridge on the 24/03/2022 at Game Jabulani mall. Got delivery on 28/03/2022. To my shock the frigde had dents inside and looked used. Told the store the next day. Told they will replace it. Went to the store again for confirmation they said friday will get the exchange Bheki confirmed this. I asked for a day off at work for this exchange. On friday 01/04/2022. No one came. Got no call from the store. Im very angry because this is just disrespect!
