Game store horrible customer service

Game store in Vincent East London is the worst, the staff do not care about customer service, after several calls reporting a fault in my appliances they asked me to come to store with documents that I emailed them, even after giving them the hardcopies, there is still no response and no one cares. When you buy an appliances in that store you are at risk of a horrible customer experience if your appliance get faulty. The head office is equally ******** as they never response to emails.
