Game Store - Highveld Mall Emalahleni

Game store Highveld Mall Emalahleni, has poor customer service and incorrect pricing on items. When I went shopping at this store there were many items on promotion but when I got to the till most of the items were not loaded with the promotional prices. When the first items were scanned and it did not show the correct price as per the promotional notice the supervisor was called to make changes. That supervisor and cashier spoke amongst themselves but I heard them saying that it was only R20 which we were complaining about. To her it may just seem as R20 but in today's times it's alot to me and many others. Also taking into account the many other items which rang up as normal prices. On the 3rd occasion the supervisor took her sweet merry time to come to the till and she mentioned something in terms of "not again". The cashier I was at and the one next to us including the supervisor was laughing hysterically. Is that the treatment customers receive when shopping at Game Witbank? If the prices that were on the shelves were correct this will not be an issue. The staff at the store are there to assist not make you feel as if you did something wrong when wanting the price seen on the shelves. The other thing is the staff at Game Witbank do not use name badges/tags hence it becomes difficult to name the individuals. In these trying times, retail stores should maintain the store better with correct pricing
