Game store head office

I have been calling game store head office for the previous 48hrs asking for a settlement letter still now I am trying call but no answer , the service is horrible , it's like no one is working in their call center, the worse part of it is when you get hold of them and they transfer from one department to another , telling you that you should for another 24 hours to receive a settlement letter , which is very frustrating coz by that time you just want to pay their account off......im very angry coz even at the store they cant help you with settlement letter.
