Game store has worst customer service

Very bad customer service I bought a generator it's not even a year it's broken tell tell me about repair that will take 21 days or more I'm telling them we use it every day can they speed it's exam time and I have itritis I use it for washing no one cares about that Game doesn't care about their customers they care when you but after that on your own
