Game store Greenstone refused refund on faulty HP intel Core i5 Laptops, one of the laptops it was within six months after purchase. Both Joe Mmusi store manager and manager at electronics Kenneth Ntebejane told me it will be up to their supplier(HP) to decide if i get refund or not. two of the laptops are with their supplier for repairs as i write this review.
