Game store gave me shoes instead of the laptop I ordered. Very disappointing...
I placed an order for a laptop costing R7999 online on 16 May 2020, only to get shoes delivered to me by Dawn Wing (a courier partner of Game) on 20 May 2020. How appalling and unprofessional is this! My emails are not responded to and reaching them out is just a pain! I am very disappointed... At least they should respond to my emails and update me on what is going on., but then nothing to an irate customer. Their courier company disclaimed responsibility when I called them.

23 May 2020, 14:18I had to draw the attention of Paris, your Vice President, for my order to be attended to. The guys who deal with online orders are *********** in that they do not attend to queries, and that leads to customer's anger. Calls were not answered and emails were not attended. Eventually Paris and Seshni helped me get my laptop back. Thank you I got assisted eventually.
