Game store gave me a ****n Broken HP desktop

Hi my naame is esmerelda... I'm very pist of the saverst I got form this store I bord a HP desktop on 18/06/2023 and the time I got home open the boks the and Chek it was broken and then took it back 2 the stor on the 23/06/2023 tel a lady what happened then she go and speak 2 the manger and come back 2 me and sad the manger sad there's nothing they can't do And the sad part is the manger did not even come out 2 andrs me..the staff plus management is very very very bad at savers delivery
