Game store Gateway TV department bad service

Bought a Samsung 49"SMART TV from Game in the Gateway store in Durban on 27th June. I opened the tv a week later to find the LCD is damaged. I take it to game store. They said they are checking cameras to see if the TV was checked in store, i waited an hour until the manager comes out to tell me a whole lot of excuses:

CPA rules Too long i took to bring it They dont check tvs all the time, like black friday He cnt return it, he will book it with Samsung for repair

Very bad service.

I am out of pocket over R5000
