GAME STORE GATEWAY -Poor service

I bought a washing machine on the 8th May 2018 (paid in full together with the delivery fees)... the store did not have stock so they promised to deliver the machine after 2 weeks __Mind you no one bothered to contact me during the waiting period ..I went back to the store 3 weeks after and was told that they still don't have stock so they are expecting a new module on the 9th June..so they will give me a call on the 9th June and will than deliver the machine on the 10th..Today is the 13th July. .(I am still awaiting a call from Game store) so it's been 3 months.I dont even know where to begin to explain how frustrated I am. Here's my details if anyone feels the need to contact me + ********** 4413..I might pop by game this evening to collect my money R4029.00..I don't think I will ever recommend any of my friends and family to purchase any item at Game shop Gateway..
