Game store Gateway KZN

Bought a phone less than 5 days ago. Didn't work out for me. Tried to return it and they didn't want to refund me my money. Asked for the manager they couldn't get me the manager. Would you just be transparent with your hidden policies. It socks to get know after purchase that if something and it doesn't work well you have to live with it for life till it breaks. I'm disappointed. I feel like this is daylight *******.
