game store garden route mall george

I bought an laptop @ game store gardenroute mall on 1 nov for my daughter 16th birthday on the 5th, i opend it on the 4th for her to charge it. it says pluggend in not charging,so i thought ok batt flat charge overnite to check. long story short i took it back on the 6th after phoning the lanline several times and no answer. when i got there they gabe my money back because they dont have another one as it is discontinued and when it was sold by me they say till stock last nothing about discontinued. i asked them to order an new batt, no they cant i asked them to phone other shop to swop no one has stock.. now they want me to take an ilife when i hand an hp. it was an cheapy but only for movies ex she wanted to use it for but just the way it was sold to me without the sales consultant telling me the truth and the manger laetitia just say nothing se can do for me. my daughter is very sad because she was so looking forwar to have that laptop.
