Game store Galleria- terrible after sales support

Took my microwave in on the 27/03/2021 due it not working, was told after a month because of the extended warranty i have to wait longer went into the store twice spoke to the store manager Peter he told me he would follow up and revert with an answer on the 29/04/2021 no answer went into the store again spoke to Rishi sales manger told me that the extended warranty department hasn't made up their minds its so frustrating then told the 21 day exchange policy doesnt apply to my iten
