Game Store Galleria Mall Ridiculous Service

Bought a Defy Slimline Box Stove with Hob on the 22nd of November 2023 at Game Stores Galleria Mall and got an electrician to install the stove approximately a week after it was purchased unfortonatey the stove had a crack on the corner nd was not functioning,I immediately went back to Game Store and reportred the incident on the 2nd of December 2023 upon arrival I was helped by an african lady (Sales person) who told me they'll send an electrician from Defy to assess the fault,After hassling 2 indian ladies refusing to also give me a duplicate of my receipt which they told me they cant print it,cause I lost the original receipt.Did follow up by calling on several occassions they promised to send the technician,On the last occassion I called to do a follow I was told the lady who was assisting me never wrote a report or inform any1 about the incident,As I was told by the person who was assisting me.To my dissappointment its been way over christmas Im seating with a non functioning stove that I bought for cash at the amount of R7698.00😡😡😡😡
