Game Store Galleria

Please note i sent someone to get me chairs from the Game store in Galleria yesterday (Monaco Rattan Arm Chair White) (DE0040-WH)

I called the store got an official quotation for 40 of the chairs and i explained to the guy that was doing the quotation that if the store does not have stock they can get it in from other stores as well as the KZN Warehouse that has 24 available as i personally checked this with the call center so he said i can come in and pay.

I sent someone to the store to pay for the stock as Pick n Pay had the chairs at R129.00 so i told the guy i sent in to tell game to beat the price as this is their policy and i always buy at game.

Mind you Game does not state how many units i can purchase with the Beat The Price Policy so there was a manager that said he cannot supply us with the chair as he can only supply us with 4 which is totally ridiculous (Manager : Neville Chetty) So i spoke to another guy at the call center and he said that if i have a quotation i can purchase 40 units so i sent my guy back there and we dealt with another guy by the name on (Abongilo) which was trying to assist me but later that day when i called him he mentioned that Neville Chetty said that he will call me which he did not so i asked Abongilo what was going on he said that Neville Chetty does not want to supply me with the order.

I am totally disappointed with this store as we buy from a lot of game store's and i have never dealt with someone like this.
