Game store fourways mall

I bought a KIC fridge and a 13kg Samsung machine from games store in Fourways mall, my 2 items were delivered the next day which was the 27/11/2021, later that day I left for the weekend then came back the next week we're I noticed that the fridge had no logo, I called the store immediately and given an email address to send my query through and I did just that with images of the fridge as well as my receipt attached, I was then promised that someone from KIC will contact me to deliver the logo and as frustrated as I was I understood and waited, a week later without contact I decided to go to the store to find out what's going on, I approached the store manager Piet (Lele) who seemed very remorseful, I explained my frustrations and he contacted the KIC factory to deliver the logo of the fridge and they did just that a week later on 13/13/2021, the lady that delivered the logo didn't seem to care about the brand she is representing. 2nd issue that I noticed about that ridiculous item is that the light bulb does not work properly, I ensured that the bulb is not lose and *****ed it in tight but still to my surprise it only works for a second then stops, I contacted Piet the store manager and he told me to make sure that the bulb is tightly *****ed in and that was his last text to me, I expressed to him my disappointment on this item and would like to exchange the product or get a full refund cause at this point and looking at the condition of this fridge, it looks like a second hand factory default item that was sold to me without my knowledge, I then made a call on 14/12/2021 and spoke to Allison who advised that a mechanic will be sent out in 48 hours time to have a look at the fridge before any refunds or exchange of products can be processed. After all these years of shopping at any game store this has to be the worst 1 of them all, can I please get my full refund back ASAP and send someone to come and collect this factor default item. I really don't care at this point of what your procedure is, I did save all my hard earned money to be sold a no name fridge with a factory default. I want my money back.
