Game store (festival mall)

I bought a chest freezer a month ago and they still haven't delivered my item, yet they have started debiting monthly installments from my account. I have been calling the store for the past two weeks(everyday), and their promises of delivering my freezer are always postponed to the next day. You cannot understand how extensively dissatisfied I am with this store!
