Game store failing to deliever a complete order

I am very disappointed with game store. on the 14th of January 2021 I purchased some products online, My order was processed successfully, however when the order came two weeks later it was half of what I purchased, no explanation from courier company on why my order is not complete, I went to the nearest game store enquire, the answer I got after 2 hours call when the store manager enquired on my behalf was that the missing staff will come in 14 Days, when I ask for refund to buy in Giyani, they say it will take two weeks, this does not make sense at all, Till today, no call or sms to explain why my product is not complete or telling me they will deliver half. If game will treat us this way its bad, they must take their online service serious an learn to communicate with customers.
