Game store employees just wanna to walk around not help customers

I walked into Game store in Jabulani Mall with one aim, get scientific calculator for my son and two watches for me and my husband. I walked around the store noticing there has been changes in display finally I asked a lady where the watches are, she pointed at them mentioned the ones I'm looking for they no longer have, she then walked away without asking if I need assistance with what they have available. I thought to myself "ok I will go to another store since they too busy by the watches". Asked another one who was walking pass where calculators are she pointed by money market. Got to money market no one was there to assist me. I stood there until someone felt like coming to assist. I asked about the calculator she took out what was in the cupboard. I showed her what the school said I should buy compared to what she was giving me, she did not know what was the difference, didn't bother to try find someone else that might know about the product. Instead she said I should have brought my son with me so that he can point if this is what he has seen in class. (she works with this product however she does not know about it and a 12 year old should be able to point it out! Interesting) I then googled the product to find out of I can buy this if it will serve the purpose or not. Then I took the calculator. I walked out off the store to another to find out they have someone willing to assist with watches since you know Game employees are too busy #smile#. I got assistance THANK YOU MANDISA AT ACKERMANS. I then walked out realizing I had left my water bottle at Game I went back. I explained what had happened the last place I remember putting it was the trolley that I did not need. The security ladies were not bothered they just said "no one has brought" they went back to standing there by the door. I went to Phumzile Mkha**** who sold me the calculator explained why I'm back, again why must she care. As I was standing there to ask about my lost item Sibonoso Xaba cuts in front of me to assist his important customer, I mean we just standing there cause be bored right!? I then ask for a manager as I was tired of standing there like an idiot. Paul does nothing he just asked the security ladies if they saw my water bottle. They say no, and he looks at me with no way forward. The security lady even suggests I come back to find out if they found it or not. My question is "when, today tomorrow, next week, next year, when?" I then say "can you take my cellphone number and give me a call should it be found?" Paul points at Phumzile from a distance and say "give your numbers to that lady tell her Paul said....". Do you want to know what was Paul doing when I went to him for assistance? Lol, he was standing chatting to staff that was packing good in the shelves. Wow, he was just so busy right! Now I know this to you reading this, my story means nothing but to me it means a lot. I can buy a lot of water battles the thing about that one was the sentimental value behind it. As I was standing there Phumzile and this other Pedi lady you could just tell I was annoying them "why should I be called for a water battle?" they started looking busy assisting one customer, an Uber customer who was not even in front of them. Why are you at work if you are not helping the one who keeps the light on. You closed Game at Mall of the South which had excellent customer service. Most of the time your aircon is not working at Jabulani in this heat. Why is Jabulani Mall still open? Your staff does not want to be there, so why are you there? Thank you the lady who helped me with the return she is the only person who saw me in store today it's a pity it was at point where you lost a customer.
