Game store East London (Vincent Park)

I bought a Samsung LCD TV on the 30/04/2019 at the Vincent Game store using hard cash. Now the same TV is not working the warranty ends on the 30/04/2021. When I went into the store to request the reprint of the the till slip on the 07 April 2021 as I have misplaced my original and I was told because I paid cash it could take up to 3 weeks of which the warranty would have lapsed. Meaning I would be running at a loss because of bad service. I been buying all my household appliances at game,but never again I would never recommend them to anyone.
