Game store do not was to close account

I have closed my account at Game and I phone them every week for a closure letter and they not sending me. at first all their consultants were rude and did not want to close the account. finally they said they will prepare it for closure I must wait for 30 days. I waited and last week I called and till today I have not received a closure letter.
