Game Store - Dissatisfied with its staff and false advertising.

I had bought a laptop on the Game website. I then picked it up at Game The Glen. When I picked it up at the store I had opened up the package to make sure everything is in place, however when I had gotten home to actually review the laptop properly I was not happy with the purchase. I then opted to take it back, this time I went to Game at Southgate mall and was assisted by Siya who did not even try to assist me, he simply told me that the suppliers told them not to accept returns/exchanges and referred me back to Game at The Glen mall where I was assisted by the Manger, Merriam/Maria who advised although the laptop is still in order and was not used; because the tape of the box was open she could not assist me. In all honesty, I understand the policies in place but how can you refuse to assist me when I haven't even used the laptop? This sounds like a supplier issue you guys have to deal with. The tap being open on the box and it not being accepted by your supplier has nothing to do with a customer who has not even used the laptop and returned it in its bought packaging besides the fact that the tape on the box was open. What if I decided that I don't want the laptop in the store when I opened it up initially the day I fetched it, were you guys still going to worry more about the tape being open? I am utterly disappointed. You can do better Game.

You are not sorry. Please implement better return policies as the laptop was unused it's just that It was unsealed. How will I know if I want an item or not if I haven't looked at it? Obviously it's unsealed because I checked it out and that's how I came to my decision that I no longer want it. Not that I even used the thing.
