Game store disgusting selling broken items and admitting to it!

On the 29/01/2019 we bought 3 storgae containers( Addis 11 L clear storage) at Game store Tygervalley that were on the table with all the items that were marked down.

When we got home we didnt open containers immediatly we only opened it today the 02/02/2019 as we now wanted to organise our house. We then saw that the all three of the containers were badly broken on the edges . We phoned the manager of the store and she said yes but there are little cracks in it that is why it is marked down then my husband said its not little cracks they are broken . So she admits to selling broken items . Nowhere on the items does it state that the items are broken in any way or damaged. I then phoned customer care to lay a complaint and got through to a consultant curt whom I told the story to I also ask that to his knowledge is a store allowed to sell broken items to which he said no. He said that he will email the complaint through to head office. I truly hope that this matter will be dealt with and that I will receive my refund because I cant afford to now waste my petrol in going back to the store because of their ********** Behaviour. It is sick to know that in this country with millions of people that are suffering you can con someone like that . Stop robbing the poor even more! ! ! Disgusting!
