Game Store

I bought a fridge from a Game store and the Service was good. Fridge got delivered the next day and on that same day, I unboxed the fridge. On inspection the fridge had two minor scratches and the water dispenser had some visible white glue on the edge. I called the store and was told I had to either get a refund or take the fridge that is on display so I opted for a refund. A collection was arranged and it’s been over 24 hours since the fridge was collected and I haven’t heard anything. The driver who collected the fridge also said that the scratches were from a knife or scissors and insinuated that the scratches were caused by us. I called the store to follow up on my refund and was told they would tell me once the fridge is in store. I am unhappy because I need a fridge and the process is just delaying. My fridge items have no space and I can’t buy food because I’m out of a fridge and can’t buy a new one because I still don’t have a refund back.
