I bought a 348L defy fridge in store 11 weeks ago advertised on their catalog After waiting for 6 weeks they delivered a 173L fridge with the same product code, when i called them about it they said its a mistake they were supposed to give me a 210L (same code) When i escelated the matter they said they are Sorry, my 348L was a printing error i must buy the 348L R2000 extra, they'll give me a at R500 discount, I DONT WANT. i want my fridge at the price advertised, printing error is none of my business but theirs What can I do, where can I go for help?
