GAME Store Customer Service (Clearwater)

Hi All,

If there was an option for a zero star rating , I would select it.

Personally I would not recommend buying any electrical appliances for delivery from the Game Store in Clearwater Shopping center.

I purchased a refrigerator from the store and was advised to make the delivery payment immediately, I then made the payment and was given the receipt for my purchase and I was told that the delivery would be 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

I took leave and was awaiting the delivery, and they did not fulfill their promise as advised. I then called the store for further assistance on tracking my order on 3 different occasions and the call never gets answered which is costly should you not have a landline.

I then called the customer care number twice and on both occasions I was informed they cannot assist me as the store will only be able to track the order , they then added that they will give my details to the store to get in touch with me and I have not been contacted to date.

It is almost a week later and I still do not have my order that I placed , I then emailed the customer care to advise them on the pathetic customer service provided and I was told my complaint will be escalated further to the relevant department and they will be in touch with me .

I would urge anyone that would like to make a purchase for delivery to reconsider unless you would like to be given a run around and not receive your order as expected.
