GAME STORE COMPLAIN
Good day Hellopeter. i received my online order from Gameon Friday, 5/3/21. Amongst things i bought was 2x 160L big jim storage boxes. Which arrived with short wheels. 1 box takes 6 wheels and i only received 4 instead of 12. I made them aware the following day via customer service email adress requesting an exhange. I have been fighting the same issue from that day up until now, game has not actioned my exchange. I have papertrail of their emails promising to come n pick up the item's but till today nothing. Please intervene im sick and tired of contacting game for their mess.
