Game store Clearwater
Game store in Clearwater mall They have very bad service on Monday 2024/06/17 i was there to do a application for phone contract and the they did declined my application and they didn't even check why i was declined Lufuno the consultant se did not do her work to do an follow up why i was declined so from the 2024/06/17 up until 2024/06/20 she did not do her job because we send them the email 2024/06/20 at 13h00 and se said se did not receive the email we did send her the proof of the email we have send to her and only on 2024/06/20 at 16H51 She did confirm that se did send the email to the vodacom consultant and we wil wai 1 -5 hours for feedback this is poor customer service
