Game store Clear Water Roodepoort bad service

I'm very disappointed with the service I've encountered at the GAME store in Clear Water Mall Roodepoort i purchased a tv set last week Wednesday the stuff was in so much hurry to live when they tested the tv it was a quick on and off didnt let us see if everything was proper, didn't even walk us to the car had to push tv the on my own 2 the car, come installation that's on Sat morning when took the tv out the box and plug it in we notice something funny on the screen only 2 find out the screen is damaged then took it back where I purchased it only to find their rude manager by the name of Isaac along with some two ladies from customer service, this short light incoplaxion other telling me how I'm gonna pay for the damage when it was their incompetence. She insisted we book the tv in but Game store won't carry the costs.
