Game Store Centurion - What a dissapointment!!!

We have purchased a fridge on the 23rd of November at Game Store Centurion and paid a delivery fee, it is now the 4th of December and it still has not been delivered! According to Game's Delivery Policy, it take 3-5 working days... We've waited about a week before inquiring on delivery. Since Friday last week, we've made numerous calls, where the sales person at the Fridge/Appliance department made empty promises each time, telling us that our fridge is on the truck ready to be delivered! We have cancelled some of our plans over the weekend, to accomodate the delivery, with no show! I'm most annoyed that we have been **** to and that Game has not followed through with the delivery, rather give us the facts and we'll work around that... I'm going into the store today, to request a refund and take my business elsewhere!
