Game Store Centurion Mall a Joke

The management team at the Game Store Centurion Mall Branch is all talk and no action.

I dealt with Neil Otto the Store manager, John Jacobs, Darel Van Wyk and Yandiswa who have failed to resolve my refund query time and time again.

They have assured a smooth resolution to my query from the 1st October 2018 and to date none of them have managed to fix correct what they have done wrong.

Game Store deserve people who are more equipped to treat customers fairly not this level of incompetency.
