Game store card purchase worst of the worst

Store card declining to make purchase in all other massmart chain stores. when calling their enquiry line *** they transfer you to ***** department and the phone line will ring 25 min -and 60min while listening to their background songs and after the line just got dropped. 4 attempts different days over these holidays on Saturday 16/04/2022 and 17/04/2022 i have been trying unsuccessfully so embarrassing card decline and time consuming and no resolution.useless store card.
