Game store card

I don't know if you handle this complain but the guy working at your service desk for the game card is not assisting, for Heaven sake I have been standing here for 45 min, then he is smoking, then he is in the toilet, then he is in the canteen, now I get the excuse he is alone today. Seriously just wake up!!!!!!!! I don't have the whole Day to wait for him after they called him 4 times!!!!!!!!!!
