GAME STORE BOKSBURG hasnt got clue what happening in that store

my story begins I saw ican in built cupboards online, picture showed 4 doors and had totally different description for price of R2199.00 so officially you want to pay what is advertised, after 3 weeks of endless calls and emails, Benoni store said they will give it to me for that price.During this process I was emailing Boksburg and benoni store to check stock, on email from manger of Boksburg they say they pulling stock for me from other store 5 December 2017 everyday I check it be there tomorrow that what get told tomorrow comes it doesn't happen, I finally get a mail to say be there that Saturday. I go pay for my cupboards 12 December 2017 and I call Hector at Boksburg and confirm stock and my 2 cupboards are there, I arrange that ill collect that afternoon, I pay a guy petrol so can collect with his bakkie to get there find out they sold my cupboards,i get told there order again,after everyday travellinng from benoni to Boksburg(petrol parking)TO FIND OUT WHAT happening with my cupboards,person stand around about hour every time as one person know less then other puts blame on other person,everytime cupboards were sold or damage or imcomplete.always a storys after a month of fighting and waiting I received my cupboards to open the item, to have totally wrong goods they basically just send doors no shelfs no *****s handles nothing total waste.i have carry out my furtinure 7 times as get told today we will be deliverying and never arrived and when u call land line u easier call out 60 airtime and permently on hold so I had start calling johan on his cell,i cant explain how annoyed I am with the service and treatment I received.best part of all when I ask hector why did u say there was stock if there wasn't he first in front of game staff say he didn't say that ,but to my face he say was just broken truth. I have been messed around so badly it unbelievable I sent endless emails, I called none stop, I have gone in to store physically still nothing has happen I still haven't received calls from them,nor do there want to give me higher mangerment number.no have I now lost so much money with airtime petrol hiring people to help me build the cupboards then we sit all day waiting then doesn't arrived ,paying others petrol with a bakkie to collect cupboards as there said there stock then get there and there isn't.i basically spent all my December there at game with my two small kids then we stand at front desk just to get other empty promise or they say going to back to check and don't come back to face me, I sent complain email 30/12/17 asking that higher mangerment contact me still no one has got back to me.i have all emails as proof yet I still get made **** by the staff, they don't know what they doing or what happening in the store nor what stocks or professional service is.i tried to be fair and give them time as was December but there took my kindness for granted and no one wants to work there coz I get called call there do that , and get told I must call them as I have already paid for my items I feel some effort should of been made.im totally shock that I have to fight for items I already paid for.The attitude I received is unbelievable.SCARY PART EVERYTIME I STAND BY UCAN CUPBOARDS COUNTER THERE ENDLESS CLIENTS COMPLAINING!!!! BUT NOTHING HAPPENING.WHY IS NOTHING GETTING DONE ABOUT THIS SITUATION IF THERE SO MANY PROBLEMS? WHY HAS MANGERMENT NOT STEP IN AND TAKEN CONTROL? WHY DOES NO ONE GET BACK TO PERSON? I WANT MANGERMENT FROM HEAD OFFICE CONTACTING ME AND SORTING THIS OUT
