Game store Boksburg

I took my TV in for repair at Game Boksburg on the 25th of January 2020 which is still under warranty, I have been calling every week for feedback and every time I call, they promise to call me back the following day as they don't have feedback on the system. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks and still no one gets back to me. It's almost a month without a TV in my house and I still don't know if the TV is repairable or not.
