Game store bloed mall worst service!

went into Game stores yesterday to purchase a fridge. not a very friendly salesperson helped with the purchase. The fridge was meant to be delivered today just after 1pm. its going for 4:30pm and still no sign of my delivery. mind you I live 5min away from the store. I have had to call 4 different numbers just to find out what's going on with my delivery after the same sales lady failed to assist me.
