Game Store Blacklist Carelessly

2 years ago I bought a washing machine from Game using a store card that gave me credit of over R22 000. When I had paid off the washing machine, I continued to buy food and DIY things all amounting to less than R1000 each time. I often used used the Glen mall & Traderoute mall Game stores and never online. In January of 2022 after my cellphone number was unknowingly toe ported from Cell C to MTN, and continued to make online purchases with 3 of my sore cards, one of them being GAME. I reported the matter to Game ***** department & provided them with all the documents I was asked for. In June 2023 I received a text from them stating that I was liable because the OTP was sent to my cellphone number. I have been handed over to 3 credit collection companies and have also given them documents that I gave to Game ***** department. The latest email was sent to *** but I got a rejection email stating that the address does not exist. The consultant I spoke to from VVM, informed me that the next step is Game blacklisting my name at the credit beaurau. I am not liable for that R21 000 online purchase as I have never made purchases online. The goods were taken to an address in Midrand while my FICA documents state that I live in Dhlamini ext 2. I was cleared from paying for online purchases made **********ly on my Mr Price & TGF accounts. I do not deserve to be blacklisted as I have used credit given toe responsibly & am seeking future credit to extend my house.
