Game store Bellaire

I bought a new TV, brand Hisense 75cm worth of R18000 at game store Bellaire on the 24th June 2022 as a surprising present for my parents which I did not open until December 6th 2022,to my surprise the TV never went ON when plugged. I took the item back to Bellaire game to my surprise the store was closed down, I then took it to game store at Jubilee as it is close to where my parents resides which is at makapanstaad, when I got there I asked help from the gentleman named Lodwin Mofoho working at game and he told me that he's unable to help and that I should contact the service center...so I'm sadly writing this to you peter to intervene and help if you may please...as I've felt that I've lost and has no one to help me with the predicament. So a friend of mine advised that I write you and let you do the review about the store.
