Game Store Baywest bad service

Went to Game store in Baywest mall Port Elizabeth today looking for a fitbit for my wife, after waiting at the counter for several minutes I asked a employee if I can get some assistance, she pointer at the return counter and said they will me right with me, after a few minutes a employee from the return counter came past and as I was busy asking for the second time for assistance she just ignored me, I walked over to the info counter where there was two employees one on her cellphone, upon asking again to be assisted she called another employee to make a announcement for someone to assist us, we went back to the counter and after waiting again for several minutes we went back to the info counter and afterwards left without being assisted. Service is terrible and will rather use another retailer from now on.
