Game store bad service

I wrote to hellopeter to ask their assistance long time ago about the bad service I recieved from Game store at Newcastle Mall we bought the grass cutting machine within 2 months the machine was jegging when it turned on.I than return the machine to them to send it to repair center they than called after some weeks saying the machine brakes the pistols due to the lack of oil we must pay R1338 if I'm not mistakenly for the repair I refused cause the machine was under 12 months warranty they called again after 2 weeks saying we must fetch the machine cause I refuse to pay the money they say I must pay. I decide to wrote to Hellopeter to intervein on the matter than Game management respond privately and called to go to the store and resolve the matter with the store manager I went there and the manager was rude towards me I left the shop I told them am not going to take unrepaired machine just before the manager arrived the service desk staff left me alone unserviced without even telling what to do next but I kept on waiting cause I was sent to come to the shop to resolve the matter.They than decide to dispose the machine I asked them with whose authority they dispose the machine with they say I failled to work with them so they don't have place to keep it I re-write to their headoffice reporting the matter I than recieved a call from the manager saying they are sorry about the service I recieve may I bring the machine document to the store I did that after 3 week I called because he did not bother to call me about the feedback is when he drop the ball says their headoffice hands are tied on this matter it a long time matter so they is nothing they can do they followed all the procedure before they dispose the machine real the is nothing they can do I asked him is he saying is it fair for us to pay R2699 for a product that did not even last for 2 full months he said even though is not fair but they is nothing they can do.I re-ask HELLOPETER team to kindly strive for me this battle cause I kept the documents for the machine its either Game store refund our money or bring us the new machine.
