Game store bad service and unprofessional.

On 26 December 2018 I bought an item on Game online shopping and I paid for delivery. Their delivery is 3-6 days and that period has lapsed and they never came back to me to inform me about the status of my order. When I trace the order it still says in progress. Then I decided to call their customer service, they said they will establish what happened and get back to me. As I’m writing this Game never came back to me. Secondly their systems is not integrated to allow customers in such circumstances to cancel the order and use the same money to buy the same item in the store. This is so unprofessional and disgusting.
