GAME STORE BAD SERVICE

I bought a 55in Telefunken TV last year in December, 2 weeks later it went blank I went to the shop to report the issue, they said I should bring the TV in so they can take it for repair.

I paid 250 for collection, then paid 250 to take the TV back and again 250 to collect the TV- basically 800 for transport which is insane :( and not fair considering the issue was not my fault.

I went to collect the TV on Friday, it was after work and they are about to close. they gave me my TV without the stand. now when I went there again to ask for the stand I am told to wait on them, yet they don't even know how long I will wait, My TV is at home with no stand and should it fall, they will say they have nothing to with the issue, I am sooo soooo unhappy with the service I received from GAME stores and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy electronics from them.
